Shipping:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

If you’ve chosen to retrieve your order in store, an email notification will provide you with a collection address once the order is available for pick-up. 

Returns:

You have 14 days from the order shipment date or in-store pickup notification date to return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items for a refund. Items must be returned to the seller with all original packaging and accessories, and with all tags still attached. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in accordance with this returns policy. 

Please ensure to enclose only the items you wish to send back in your return package.

*Important: A return of an order can only be initiated once. Therefore, please make sure to return all the items you do not wish to keep from your order together in one package.

To initiate a return, please contact the seller directly for return instructions, including the return address. You can find seller contact details by clicking on the Email Icon  at the top right corner of their shop page, or in your order confirmation email. 

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color or style, simply place a new order for the desired item and return your existing item for a refund.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to place the order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
